Standing on the summit of Namsan at around 480 m above sea level, N Seoul Tower offers 360-degree views over the city — the Han River and Bukhansan by day and a sea of lights by night.

The terraces below the observatory are covered with "love locks", a popular photo spot. Even without going up the tower, the view from the summit plaza is worth the trip.
